This Project demonstrates advanced biogas solutions, enabling energy generation and environmental compliance. Malaysia‘s First ever Tank based Anerobic Digester system for Palm oil Mill effluent was constructed and commissioned successfully under the FIT(Feed-in-tariff) program launched by The Government of Malaysia.

- Tank-Based Anaerobic Digester – First of its kind in Malaysia for palm oil mill effluent (POME).

First ever Hybrid CSTR Technology-based anaerobic digester for Marigold flower processing effluent (COD:60,000mg/l) for a Multinational company having operations in India, China, US and Europe. The CBME unit returned colorless water as below.

Siddhasiri Ethanol & Power
Chincholi (KA)
- Focus: Production of ethanol and power using sustainable methods.
- Technology: Advanced biogas reactors integrated with high-rate anaerobic digestion.
- Objective: Generate biogas from organic waste streams to power plant operations and reduce emissions.
- Outcome: The biogas generated will be purified to produce Bio-CNG, lowering carbon footprint and creating an alternate fuel source.
Core Green Sugar & Fuels (P) Ltd Yadgir (KA)
- Focus: Waste-to-energy solutions using sugar factory effluents.
- Technology: Biogas generation from press mud and other industrial byproducts through EGSB (Expanded Granular Sludge Bed) digesters.
- Outcome: The captured biogas will be refined into Bio-CNG for commercial use, supporting sustainable energy goals while minimizing industrial waste.
S.E. Agro Pvt Ltd,
Rajahmundry
- Project Type: Agro-industry waste management and biofuel generation.
- Technology: Custom anaerobic digestion system for high-strength organic waste generated from agri-processing units.
